The production of copper profiles is like the production of shortbread: the raw material copper is pressed through a mold during processing and then receives its profile in the desired shape.
Conform material provides the perfect solution for products where material hardness and formability are important. Through the special manufacturing process, it is possible to bring copper into almost any desired shape. We use ETP copper (electrolytically produced copper), OF copper (oxygen-free copper) as well as silver-containing copper alloys.
With our own winding process a particularly dense and uniform winding image is created, which can be easily and quickly unwound without forming loops.
Rod drawing material is a long copper product with a consistent cross section throughout the length. The rod drawing material is straight and not warped and it is cut or stamped with accuracy to one tenth of a millimeter. The following dimensions are possible:
Cross section: 3 mm² - 300 mm² and
Length: 300 mm - 6500 mm.
