We are looking for:

Quality Engineers (m/f/d)
You are:

• holder of a completed technical vocational training or have completed further training to become a master craftsman or technician
• experienced in production and quality engineering and have extensive technical knowledge
• self-initiated and have a hands-on mentality
• a team player and have excellent communication skills
• experienced in using MS-Office and have already gained experience with an ERP system
• able to solve complex problems due to your strong analytical thinking skills and have strong assertiveness skills

Your tasks:

1. Ensuring quality and establishing standards
2. Coordination, monitoring and execution of quality assurance measures
3. Development and creation of concepts for quality assurance
4. Analysis of internal quality problems and evaluation of quality-relevant data
5. Tracking and execution of initial sampling as well as in-process testing in the production area
6. Further development, management and monitoring of the quality management system
7. Preparation and participation in internal and external audits
8. Test and measurement tasks, measuring equipment and test machine management
9. Monitoring of manufacturing quality and initiation of improvement processes
10. Analysis, processing and follow-up of actions in case of complaints
