The ZURRSi & PROFIL GmbH is a newly founded company that seized the opportunity to acquire an existing manufacturing facility at short notice in December 2020, while also acquiring a high-quality set of machinery that was familiar to the founders.
Our company offers the opportunity to manufacture our products with consistently high quality, flexibly and quickly through an increasingly modernized production process. We focus on your requirements and wishes and do everything we can to fulfill them to the best of our ability.
Conform products provide the perfect solution for products where material hardness and formability are important. Through our special manufacturing process, it is possible to form the material into almost any desired shape. We use ETP copper (electrolytically produced copper), OF copper (Oxygen-Free copper) aswell as silver-containing copper alloys and Aluminium. The following dimensions are possible:
Cross-Section: 2 mm² – 400 mm²
Diameter: up to 24 mm
With our own winding process a particularly dense and uniform winding image is created, which can be unwound easily and quickly without forming loops. IN Addition Disc-Windings („Pancakes“) can be manufactured. The following dimensions are possible:
Cross-Section: 1 mm² – 300 mm²
Rod-Drawing products are a longitudinal copper product with a consistent cross section throughout the length. The copper rods are perfectly straight and they are cut or stamped with accuracy to one tenth of a millimeter. The following dimensions are possible:
Cross-Section: 3 mm² – 300 mm²
Length: 300 mm – 6500 mm.
